But despite the heavy news, Ashley Benson appeared in good spirits on Saturday as she had an alfresco lunch with a friend in Los Feliz.

The 30-year-old Pretty Little Liars star wore high-waisted denim shorts and a flannel shirt for her afternoon outing.

Ashley layered the oversized button up over a black bandeau top to match her platform combat boots.

A pair of pink socks protruded from her boots and she had a small black purse with gold details slung over it.

Her shiny blonde hair was styled in waves and she wore a black bandana as a stylish headband.

Arriving at the trendy cafe, Benson hid the majority of his famous face under a cloth mask and behind a pair of RayBan sunglasses.

But once she and her male friend were seated at their table outside, she removed the mask from her face.

The two men seemed to be having fun and they swallowed each other and conversed in front of each other.

After devouring their delicious meal, Ashley and her friend grabbed some takeout drinks and returned to their parked vehicle.

In her Instagram post paying tribute to her late grandfather, the actress wrote, “I love you sweet daddy. I will miss you very much.

She also included a photo of herself sitting on her grandfather’s shoulders as a child.

In the sweet portrait, baby Ashley sported a huge smile and had her blonde hair in braids.

She did not explicitly state the name of her late grandfather, nor did she reveal whether she was on the paternal or maternal side of the family.

Luckily for Benson, she has her rapper boyfriend G-Eazy, 31, to lean on as they continue to hang out together amid the pandemic.

Earlier this week, Ashley’s ex-girlfriend Cara Delevingne, 27, was spotted getting useful with Kaia Gerber, 18, during a Black Lives Matter protest in downtown Los Angeles.

Ashley and Cara ended their relationship in early May, after spending almost two years together.

Shortly after ending her relationship, Ashley was spotted packing her bags on the PDA with G-Eazy.
